Aims
The Lead Sheet Association is able to provide training in leadwork skills at your company premises.
The training programme will generally follow the Basic Lead Bossing & Lead Welding / Burning courses presently available from our training centre, although the training programme can be adjusted to suit your own particular requirements.
Who should attend?
While there are no special entry requirements this type of training or demonstration will be useful for roofing and general building contractors and architects who want to become more skilled and knowledgeable in the prefabrication and installation of typical lead flashing details.
Benefits
After successful completion you will receive an LSA basic bossing & welding certificate and this will enable you to apply for a CSCS Leadworker card.

What should you bring?
Safety Boots, overalls or warehouse coat are all you need as the tools, materials, and lead sheet required for the course are included in the price.

Please contact the LSA to confirm the location and duration of the training required. A written quotation will then be prepared and sent to you.
Funding
If you or your company is in scope of ConstructionSkills, grants are available up to £35.00 per day per person. Please contact your local CITB office for details.
